On the way to Port Arthur, we were fortunate enough to be in Dunalley when the bridge across Denison Canal was operating. This typical country town offers two campsites for self contained vehicles. The local hotel has acres of a level grassed area and alongside the canal has room for an overnight stay. Toilets are available at both locations and there are shelter sheds and level sites adjacent to the canal. All in all a good place to spend a night when travelling to or from Port Arthur. A local recommends Fish & Chips from the local Co-Op.
